I had a great experience at Joanne’s! She was able to fit me in same day to help out with a hurt shoulder. She does a great job working with sore problem areas and did a very thorough, relaxing massage. One thing I really enjoyed was that she offers a cupping treatment. Overall I had a very enjoyable time, and I feel so much better than when I went in. I will be going back for all my massage needs.

I’ve been struggling with major burn out from working in the veterinary field on top of doing overnights. I accidentally missed my first appointment by 45 minutes, obviously this is my mistake, I woke up to a call from Joanne. I apologized and offered to make a same day appointment, it was an honest and true mistake. She was not understanding and pretty much tried to shame me. Very unprofessional.
