I was a happy customer until my manicurist at Joann’s Nail got angry because I waited “too long” in between manicures which caused more work to be done. I have always left a large tip!

I got a mani/pedi done here the first and last time. One lady did my pedicure while another did my manicure at the same time and they rushed through it. I was probably out maybe 15 mins later, they didn’t even cut my cuticles. This is the first nail salon I’ve ever been to that didn’t do that. Anyways, 2 days later my nail polish already chipped and I don’t even wash dishes. They also told me the price of a mani/pedi is $27 but online their menu says a mani/pedi is $25.. yeah don’t go here unless you don’t mind paying for bad quality service where they don’t even care if you’re satisfied with their work or not.
