Critical: Quality, ValueThey not only are over priced, they literally took 3 hrs to do my nails, gauged my nail a few times with the electric nail file and when it was finally over seemed to be in a rush to kick me out so they could leave. They not only are over priced, they literally took 3 hrs to do my nails, gauged my nail a few times with the electric nail file and when it was finally over seemed to be in a rush to kick me out so they could leave. I had a family wedding the next day, my nails looked horrible!! I had to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed.

Very unprofessional. We arrived and Joanne said we’re next for acrylic nails. We waited for about 18 minutes. Another person comes in says “hi Joanne” and she goes first after we waited for so long. The space is very small and there is no social distancing. We left without getting anything done.
