Critical: ProfessionalismI got a pedicure here a few months ago… The lady was VERY rude. I’m 5’7 & 1/2 woman. I have long legs. The woman doing my pedicure goes REPEATEDLY… “You’re so tall! I know you can’t find any pants that fit you. You probably have to order online or something” The entire time she was making jokes about my height.. acting like i was some sort of giant… mind you, my arm was in a sling because i hurt my arm. At the end i was paying “oh you hurt your arm?! how?!” i said I fell at work. she says “You don’t love yourself”….. Girl what??? And After being attacked about my height the whole pedicure.. I got a pedicure here a few months ago… The lady was VERY rude. I’m 5’7 & 1/2 woman. I have long legs. The woman doing my pedicure goes REPEATEDLY… “You’re so tall! I know you can’t find any pants that fit you. Critical: CleanlinessIn the middle of getting my nails done my nail artist started giving a pedicure to another individual. They came back and rubbed oil on my hands and then I saw them go back to the other individual and they were washing there feet without washing or changing gloves . Therefore, the nail artist touch my hands with the same gloves that they were washing another individuals feet. I washed my hands immediately upon leaving and it was obvious I was upset. I did not want to make a big stink about it when I realized what had happened because I did not want to embarrass the individual getting their pedicure. In the middle of getting my nails done my nail artist started giving a pedicure to another individual. They came back and rubbed oil on my hands and then I saw them go back to the other individual and they were washing there feet without washing or changing gloves . Therefore, the nail artist touch my hands with the same gloves that they were washing another individuals feet. I washed my hands immediately upon leaving and it was obvious I was upset.
