Joanna is very personable and on point. The staff remembers and treats me like family. They’re very knowledgeable and don’t try to unnecessarily up sale. This salon is also much faster and cheaper than any salon in the city, I’ve ever been to. I’ve never had to wait a long time to get started. and she always fits me in no matter what time I walk in, which is much appreciated. I come here once if not twice a month. I highly recommend it!

I came here to get my freshman home coming nails and loved them! Im now a freshmen in college and was coming here for my birthday and hated them, they were supposed to french tips with a very easy swirl on top. I didnt like the swirl so i asked if she would take it off and just do regular french tips and she kept saying hold on i can do better well she started to do better vut the other hand looked totally different so i asked her to redo that one since she had more practice and she said “they dont have to look the same do they?” Like what so she git mad and had to leave bc they were closing at 8 and it was 8:01 so the other lady finished them and basically was telling me we arent perfectionist they dont always turn out how u want them. And said sorry if i dont like it but we are closed. They are rude! If i could guve them less then one star i would!!!! Also i usually have my nails on 2 1/2 weeks or 3 and it just hit a week and they are already off!

Would not recommend going here. The business hours clearly say they close at 8PM, however when I arrived at 7PM, they (very rudely) told me they were done and would not be doing my nails. Super unprofessional, and they need to make sure they have accurate information on their website. Will never be going back here.

I came into this business for myself and my daughter to get myself a pedicure and my little girl a manicure and pedicure…we was in the pedicure chair and the lady working there made a comment about my shorts (mind you my shorts was not short they was roughly 2-2 1/2 inches above my knee) the lady made her comment in another language and then threw a large towel into my lap absolutely rude and uncalled for not to mention humiliating! I will NEVER use this establishment again…as a paying customer no one should be made feel like that! Especially when the same lady underwear was hanging out! Completely uncalled for!

This is the worst nail salon I have ever used. The quality of pedicure they give is very quick and very poorly done. They make appointments, yet make you wait way past the appointment time. The prices have gone up, but quality and service have gone down. I would not recommend this salon, nor will i ever go back. The girls are late getting there and you wait forever.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I walked in with my two teenage daughters that wanted acrylic nails. They worked hard babysitting their younger siblings during Christmas break and wanted to spend their money to get their nails done. We showed up at 3:15 and turned us away for the day when she closes at 6:00 because she was “busy”. We would’ve been the next ones. I called to see if they were busy when we left to see if she would say if she was too busy to take a walk in, she told us to come in she wasn’t busy. First time i got them done they made me bleed, also said i needed lotion on my hands like its any of her business. Not to mention it was the owner who said that and made me bleed. One of the workers also forced my mom to get christmas nails when she didn’t want to. Acrylic nails

Joanne was the one that did mine and my friends nails. She was very rude and my hands hurt so bad because she wasn’t gentle let alone I hate my nails. She didn’t let me do the design I wanted and the design she did looks absolutely terrible doesn’t even look like what it’s supposed to be. I won’t ever go back there and I would recommend not going there either.

Love them….Joanne always knows just what to do to my nails and they look great everytime. Might have to wait a little, but it is so worth it. She always gets me in in a timely manner even when there is a little wait. Joanne and staff are the best.
