I’ve been coming to Joann for my eyelashes for years. She is consistent and a perfectionist and such a fun person! I first started with her when I lived closer to her but even when I moved 20 miles away I will drive all the way to come see her. She allows me to purchase services in advance and I don’t have to pay for things every time. It’s a huge convenience for me. She is also very flexible with times should I need to switch some days.
