Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband has dementia sent him in by himself to give him some self worth and confidence. The first time I sent him in they gave him a hair cut. I called the shop and explained my husbands situation We went in to the shop together to get a shave. Last week I sent him into the shop drilling him in what he was to do and gave him a note, with the money to pay them for a shave. They washed his hair. I returned to the shop. They informed me they couldn’t take him for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Walk ins are welcome and yet the shop is aware of his problem and yet they brush him off. My husband has dementia sent him in by himself to give him some self worth and confidence. The first time I sent him in they gave him a hair cut. I called the shop and explained my husbands situation We went in to the shop together to get a shave. Walk ins are welcome, but keep in mind covid regulations. They can only have so many people in there, so make an appointment. Angie is my personal favorite, but have had cuts from I think all the ladies. They give straight razor neck shaves, hot towel afterward, and a short massage. Reasonably priced, and always a conversation if you want it.

Literally the worst hair cut I have EVER had…. I sat and waited for 20 minutes while the lady cut my hair was most likely sobering up. When it came down to the hair cut she was completely incompetent, she asked how I wanted my hair cut 20 times during the butchering of my head. I wondered to myself how this lady got a job let alone a state license. She had to have been on all the opiates she could find or smoked to much bud. They even had the nerve to ask for payment which I reluctantly gave them. I will never ever be back and caution anyone that ventures in their door for a hair cut to be ready for a haircut that a 2 year old could probably better achieve then this place…1 star is way to generous for this place!!!

Very nice staff! I got a haircut and a facial shave. Stylist took extra time to make me feel comfortable and explain what she was doing. The hot towel and straight blade shave was excellent.
