I would strongly recommend not going here. I had an appointment scheduled for a facial from Groupon and when I showed up, after driving 30 minutes, she stated she had someone coming in 15 minutes so would not have time to do my facial. She said she had sent a confirmation text the night before, but when I asked to see it she got defensive and condescending. I had booked this on the phone with her less than a week prior. Amazing I get all confirmation texts from my hair stylist, doctors etc, but only one I never got was hers.

Wonderful experience! I haven’t had a facial in a long time and decided to treat myself. It was my first time having the microdermabrasion treatment and it won’t be the last. The owner is super sweet and made me feel very comfortable by explaining everything to me. The room is relaxing and the background music was a perfect touch. I left with the softest skin I’ve had in years and I can’t wait until my next visit!

I have not had a professional facial in 12 years -last time was before my wedding day. I am well versed in skin care and have been taking care of my skin myself. Booked this appointment through Groupon bc my sister turned 30 yrs old & I wanted to give her a nice gift so I thought why not do one myself too. I certainly can benefit from it. I booked the JM signature Special and let me tell you it was everything I could have ever wished for in a facial experience. Not only is Jolanta an amazing skin care professional but she is also an amazing person at heart. So easy to get along with from the first phone call I made to book the appointment to my whole facial experience. There was not one moment that I felt awkward w a person I just met. She is warm, welcoming, caring and a true professional. Do not hesitate to book with her-u will NOT regret it. I didn’t think I would but I have a follow up appt in 5 wks for a microdermabrasion for my recent discoloration & as recommended by the kindest most experienced professional European Woman Boss! I drove a half hour only to find out she doesn’t service everyone. She has a policy which she did not list on Groupon. I contacted Groupon and got a refund. I also put in a complaint with customer service that her listing should be revised or removed. She was rude and offensive. I spoke to her 3 times on the phone this past month and she never brought it up once. I spoke to her one hour before the appointment and she still said nothing. I don’t mind people having their policies. What I do mind is not telling people ahead of time so that they can decide whether or not to go. She said it was on her Facebook page. But I have not been on Facebook and I do not normally go on Facebook. Also , I bought it on groupon, not Facebook. I expect any policies to be listed with the purchase. I will never recommend her to anyone.

Absolutely beautiful experience Jolanta is amazing at her job she is very sweet and welcoming as soon as you walk into the time you leave the facial was absolutely beautiful and relaxing my skin felt absolutely amazing during the process and afterwards I highly recommend very professional and beautiful atmosphere If you want healthy glowing skin and enjoy a relaxing facial this is the place to go cannot recommend any more

DO NOT COME HERE W ANY INTENTIONS OF BEING PROPERLY TREATED. Horrible service. Turned away a customer because she was wearing a headscarf. Completely unacceptable. Please take your money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not support this business!!
