This place is amazing and definitely a life saver! After getting my hair ruined at another salon, my boyfriend recommended me this place, so I went to JLS hair design hoping they could help me fix my hair, I had previously gotten a color job done (with another stylist, someplace else) and half of my hair came out orange. Brittany did an amazing job. She completely understood what I wanted and delivered! I’m so very happy with the results! I highly recommend this place, very clean, very professional, a nice friendly environment, you will feel pampered!

Amanda is AMAZING! She cut and colored my daughter’s hair, today and it was my daughter’s first ever hair cut. Amanda was very patient, showing my daughter all the stuff she asked about, like a typical 8 year old, and worked well with her when she squirmed or moved. I’m so glad I came here and will reccomend anyone go and definitely ask about Amanda.

The reseptionist was nice, but I googled this place and it said it was kid friendly. When I go in is open and they tell me they don’t take clients until 2 and also that they have a no kid policy. False advertising I guess. Some moms don’t have a choice but to bring the little ones with them. This is a thumbs down. Exactly why my hair is ugly as a mom hair dresser is hard to see this. Can’t wait to open my own salon so all the mommas and their babies can come get beautified by me. Beautiful decor though. Wish this salon owner the best I her business.

My daughter had a haircut and blowdry appt yesterday and she was turned away from blowdry because the stylist told her it was gonna take too long because she has curly hair. Very disappointing and rude. My daughter came home in tears. I hope you all read this at the hair salon. Very unprofessional to do this. Will no longer recommend you to anyone.

Be careful. I’m new to RI but have gotten Keratin treatments 2x a yr for about 5 yrs now. My hair is thick and frizzy & Keratin makes my hair completely straight and soft for 5-6 months. Unfortunately I got a new stylist…..
