Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI recently went to the West Hartford, CT location for Botox. In the waiting room, there was a woman and her son waiting when I first got there. I didn’t think much of it. While waiting, a man and his 3 young daughters arrived and the man at the front desk asked them if they were there for COVID testing. This immediately gave me red flags, as these 4 people then sat on the couch right next to me (not six feet apart). The women’s and son were called in the office and left not even 5 minutes later, so I’m assuming they were there for COVID testing as well. I have never heard of a med spa also doing COVID testing and I sure would not have gone here had I known that. They are putting people at risk by exposing them to potentially sick people. People had masks on, but were not socially distanced. Please go to a med spa that values your safety. I’m not paying to be potentially exposed to COVID. I recently went to the West Hartford, CT location for Botox. In the waiting room, there was a woman and her son waiting when I first got there. I didn’t think much of it.
