For injury or prevention, we strive to give you what you need mentally and physically. In addition to massage, we offer a Physical Therapist on site that sees cash pay patients for dry needling, pelvic floor therapy or manual physical therapy treatment.

Jen is great and my massage + therapy was perfect. She found sore spots I didn’t even know I had and didn’t skimp on what needed some extra attention. The gliding cupping was super cool, I could feel it pulling the sore spots up and out. The graston tool didn’t hurt at all (like it has in the past) and the hot stones were so relaxing. Book the 90 minute massage. You deserve it.

I live in Seattle and saw Angela’s information about Pelvic Floor Therapy. Since I was planning on being in Michigan and knowing Angela personally I was eager to book an appointment with her. I can hardly begin to express how glad I did. My primary care physician in Seattle did not think PFT could help me, but let me tell you how wrong she was. The time I spent with Angela has changed my life in so many ways. Before our appointment I was always looking for the nearest restrooms, I would plan my day around not drinking too many fluids (talk about unhealthy), laughing and sneezing would stop me in my tracks. With Angela’s help, I am playing with grandkids, running around, picking up anything and not worrying about leaking. I have so much more confidence and I’m so much more happy. Coming all the way from Seattle was well worth the trip alone.
