This was my fist time getting my nails done at a salon, and it went amazing! The man that did my nails was very gentle and they came out amazing. The manager or owner of the business was checking up on the customers and she had such a nice attitude towards everyone, and she complemented on the colors and styles we’d picked for our nails. I Just had acrylic and a design. I was charged $55 and when I changed my mind on the pedicure was told by the clerk you have to move! she needed the chair. I was getting up while she was speaking. I also paid for my granddaughter who had acrylic tips $45 this don’t add up Manicure, Nail art

I’ve been going to JL Nails for almost a year now. Every time it’s a toss up. My most recent visit I had made my appointment 4 days prior to coming in. We arrived and had to wait 2 hours before they did one of our nails. People that had made appointments for an hour after ours were getting to go first. Finally, in the process of doing our nails the nail tech had glued my finger to my nail after I asked her 3 times to put a new nail on instead (I would’ve been more than willing to pay extra). After this, she had tried to drill the glue off my finger and didn’t succeed. If that wasn’t enough, she also made my nails crooked and didn’t put enough coats on my nails. Terrible service, will not be coming again.

I’ve been going to this place for over a year now and my experience has been steadily declining. Even with an appointment I was still waiting up to 45mins. Reading the previous review that said she waited an hour sounds about right. I’m not sure how they book but feels very disorganized. My last visit was also the worst. Not a pleasant experience. My acrylics came out thick and uneven and were shaped so poorly. It was the first time I’d ever let out an “ouch!” at a nail appointment. I really loved this place when I started going but now I sadly will not be returning.
