This was probably one of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to. I’m usually always happy with the end results and never complain when something so small is off, but my nails are completely awful. I tried to explain several times what I would like, but the staff there was so incredibly rude. And it was so painful. I was biting my lip so hard each time he went to file my nails because it hurt so bad I was holding back tears. I suggest anyone who wants to go here just don’t. I even left a $5 tip because I felt bad, but I am so unsatisfied with the nails I received. There are smudges on each and every single one of my nails. They’re not even the length I wanted and I asked for French tip on the top of the nails but he made them so incredibly thick on the top for no reason and none of the evil eyes are lined up. They looked nothing like the pictures I had shown him.

Did an amazing job on my nails! took their time and made sure they were exactly what i wanted. they were super friendly and would sing along to the music with you if you were singing! they got the exact colors i wanted and was only worth $55! i will definitely be going back! the pictures attached is what i got and what i asked for!!

I’ve been to this nail salon multiple times before. I’ve always gotten acrylics and they just always fall off in about a week. I’ve never really minded before, because it happens, but on October 29, I went in with my friend just to get a shellac manicure. I was hoping my nails would last this time. I walked in and the guy that greeted us asked what we wanted. I said a shellac manicure and then the guy who actually did my nails used all gel polish. I realized this about halfway through, but i felt it was too late to say anything. One day later and my polish is chipped on one nail and peeling off on another. I should’ve better communicated what I wanted, however, I’m very disappointed in this place as I was hoping my nails would last at least a week. These photos are from a day after I went in. Like I said, I enjoy going here, but I called multiple times through the last couple days and gotten no answer, even though their website says they’re open.

It was amazing I loved the experience the only bad thing was some of my nails aren’t fully covered but other than that I strongly recommend JL Nails and will definitely go back I wrote all of this after I got them done but now I almost regret doing a good review because they are hurting my fingers nail whenever there is any pressure..
