I’ve been going to her for about 2 years maybe more at this point, I was doing hard wax before this so in comparison the sugar wax is by far more painful. But due to the location, I stuck it out with the sugar wax. I’ve followed Jillian to 4 different locations to continue getting serviced by her whilst she kept changing her location. At my last appointment with Jillian mid conversation i mentioned how the sugar wax has been hurting more than usual and if she by chance ever offered hard wax, which was fine that she didn’t. She mentioned a couple people she was aware of that offered hard wax in case I was interested. The sugar wax has been painful from the beginning but the sugar ball was hot which made it much easier to get through since it glided over the hairs also it was a little while before the sugar cooled down letting you get through as much as possible quickly.I noticed that the temperature has been cooler my last couple of appointments which made it more painful right from the very beginning. During one appointment I even asked if she could use a new sugar ball and she told me she would have to charge me an additional appointment since its 1 sugar ball per appointment. (What?) I’ve tried numbing creams that she even recommended which didn’t work. At the end of my very last appointment Jillian was ready to schedule me for the following but I told her I would text her since my schedule has been hectic. Now fast forward, I texted Jillian asking her about upcoming availability to which she ignored. I texted her again the following day, to still I was ignored. I honestly thought there was something wrong with her. On the third day I tried texting her again and giving her a call hoping that she wasn’t unprofessional enough to just ghost me. To my surprise, it was revealed that Jillian was infact ignoring me as I noticed her still booking people and responding to others. My complaint with Jillian is- if you no longer wanted to service me that’s fine, but you could have done the professional thing and let me know that instead of me wondering if you were even ok. Why she was willing to schedule me at the end of my appointment but ghost me during text it makes no sense. Like I stated earlier, it was 2+ years of me going to her to all her different locations, conversing with eachother, and me being a consistent client. So for her to stop service with me just because I stated my opinion of it hurting a bit more than usual mid conversation, a friendly conversation at that, is extremely unprofessional. But that’s not the worst of it. The worst part was her bad mouthing me to her other clients. Extremely unprofessional!! Even her other clients agreed that the sugar has been cooler lately and it’s been hurting more than typical. If you’re going to book her, just make sure to not voice your opinion with her since she may ghost you !
