Critical: QualityI wanted acrylics put on for my daughters wedding. I started with one lady, ended up switching seats with my daughter, and James started doing my nails. I showed him a picture of what I wanted (ombre french tips). He seemed very rushed and chaotic. When he saw the color I chose, he yelled for his daughter to bring him a different color and said my color wouldn’t look good (it was a natural looking neutral shade). I asked him to cut the tips shorter, but he said he would just file them down. Then he abruptly got up and switched places with Kathy and she started doing my nails. I asked again for the original color I chose, and she agreed to use that. I was very confused at what and who was doing what. James seemed to yell alot to ‘direct’ his workers. It was all so chaotic. After Kathy started doing the air-brushing on my nails, James took over and painted so much white on my nails, that they looked almost all white. My acrylics ended up thick, weirdly shaped, and almost all white. The underside was speckled with airbrush paint and was not clean looking at all. I always thought a manicure included soaking, a hand massage, and maybe some cuticle oil and trimming. I got NONE of that! I was beyond disappointed with the service and the way my nails looked. I’ve been going to James and Kathy for Years and plan to keep going for years to come. They are always on time! No waiting for a half hour even when you have an appointment.

We were able to relax and soak for a while, but the team worked efficiently and had us all done in just slightly over an hour. The gel polish looks great, and James was very helpful with a troublesome ingrown nail. We were able to relax and soak for a while, but the team worked efficiently and had us all done in just slightly over an hour. The gel polish looks great, and James was very helpful with a troublesome ingrown nail. All staff members were friendly and professional.
