I went in without an appointment and was seen right away. I usually go to Santa Clarita for my nails since I live there but today I decided to go near my parent’s home. Angela did an amazing job. The shape and design were A++++. She’s my girl! I will make appointments from now on and make sure it’s always her. I also got my eyebrows waxed and they did an excellent job.

Came in on Thursday to get my nails done in by Saturday. The gel polish was lifting off of my acrylic nails. And when I called to ask them if I can come in to fix it, I told them the earliest I’ll be able to come in is Tuesday only told me that would be too late to fix the mistake that they made never coming back. I was able to get my nails done. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she said it was ok and started doing it. I wanted a french tip with a silver line and she put the top coat with no silver and she said that she wasn’t going to do it because it was an ugly design. This made me feel bad and confused why she had agreed to do it and then go through with it. She had the bad attitude of the design I had chosen and was willing to pay for. They did last, but it was super chunky, they were my first nails I had gotten done and they were for my high-school graduation. Never going back there. Also no cuticle oil was used.

I loved this place until I sent my mom and the ladies were making fun of her because she asked for a low budget design. They taunted my mother and also spoke in their language and would laugh at her. They also kept pressuring her to upgrade the price and this type of behavior needs to stop.

Some workers not speack English, so they not understand or ask what customers like,want or need, in the end they do what they want,later when client surprised from bad job or not what they came for, no need also yell at client aggressively by making client uncomfortable, confused and upsad for the result. The receptionists is grate and welcoming usually. If client say I want round to square shape, worker do only square or different size of the nails who fault it is?!(((

I called before coming in and asked if they had time for gel extensions (tips are glued using gel itself) and once there they said they only offer organic gel, which is similar but tips are glued using actual glue. I don’t get why the receptionist didn’t say that over the phone but whatever I was already there. Then the manicure itself was awful; the manicurist wasn’t wearing gloves, they electronically filed my nails down so much it hurt, and did the gel polish but completely neglected my cuticles. I also still had super glue and nail polish around some of my cuticles once they were “done.”

I was a walk in for a fill in. I totally appreciated that the receptionist was honest and told me that it could be a while until they could get to me. You know how most salons say “5 minutes” which is never true. Any way, I chose to wait and after about 25 minutes, Tina had time for me. I showed her a picture of a flower I wanted painted on and she was honest and said she could do a similar flower. Well, she did an absolutely beautiful job on my nails. I LOVE them and will definitely go back for my next fill.

I have gone here so many times I don’t get my nails done super often but when I do this my spot yes they are not cheap but you get what you pay for I really like how the ladies are patient and they talk to you they give you advice I get mani and pedi in gel and you sit on the spa chair and relax and let them do their thing it’s awesome super clean and good light it’s nice. Ps my picture isn’t from right away lol
