We don’t service clients that have, relaxers , texturizer , keratin or any chemical products. Unless you are looking to transition. Our products are plantbase for just natural hair. Does not work well on hair chemicals.

My favorite salon ever!! I was scared to find a new salon after a year of not going, but I’m sooo lucky to have found JJ’s! The atmosphere is so inviting and the stylists are friendly and easy to talk to! As they do my hair, they teach me how to properly take care of it, and they make sure to let me know EXACTLY what they’re doing to my hair when they’re doing it. The extensions are always on-point and patiently and carefully done. I definitely recommend for anyone who’s looking for a place that genuinely cares about their natural hair.

I moved from Miami a few years ago & was worried about finding a natural hair salon. JJ’s got me right! They did a test strand during my consultation to make sure I wasn’t allergic to anything & if I could get color without bleach. I am so happy with the results it came out perfect! Still shocked there was no bleach used for my color or highlights!

You have to pay for a consultation even if you’re not getting a specialized treatment. My hair is very healthy and so I paid $20 for no new recommendations. I went to get a wash, steam treatment and blow dry and was quoted $400. No style was included. I left after that. Apparently a very basic steam treatment starts at $200 and I guess it’s an extra $209 for a wash and blow dry. My fault for not asking the price before hand because I would have left before even getting the useless consultation but I never would have imagine such an outrageous price for a basic service.

I had a great experience at this salon! I have super dry natural hair and I was in need of a trim. Kae was my stylist and she is awesome! My hair already feels 10 times better plus my cut looks amazing. I also loved the atmosphere in the salon. The stylists all joked around and had fun while still helping each other out plus everyone who came to the salon was taken care of in a timely manner. I’ve already made my next appt and I plan to become a regular. Thank you ladies!

If you’re looking for a salon that truly carters to natural hair this is the one. I am so glad that I found this place! I recently had gone natural, and I was having trouble caring for my natural hair. From the jump the owner was so sweet, and was able to break down what was the root issues of my hair. She was able to recommend services that bought moisture back into my hair, and combat dandruff from the winter months that dried out my hair. I highly recommend this salon for anyone who has texture hair, and wants to invest into their hair health for the long term.

JJ’s has been my go-to salon for over 3 years now. Every time, they are able to get me together. My hair journey hasn’t been easy, as I was dealing with traction alopecia, hair loss from stress, and scalp irritation. When I tell you all that their Growth Treatment/Oil is the truth?…. You need to listen! I am now 1 year post JJ’s Growth Treatment, and my hair has not looked this healthy since I was a child! JJ’s staff gives great advice with no filler. I sent my younger brother for treatment and he has had a wonderful turnaround, as well. This salon quite literally has my entire family as clientele and we love them like family!
