This place is awesome !!! I highly recommend. This place prefers cash as most other massage places, and do not deserve the bad ratings. A tip is always appreciated but I agree should not be mandatory. These are hard working people trying to make a living. Give them a break… I only had a great experience there. Kevin is a great guy…

This is the owner of this place he’s an embarrassment to the Chinatown community I paid in cash for my service because apparently he only takes cash when I was done and was leaving he insisted in me tipping them I told him I had no more cash he said he takes credit all of sudden when u have a sign says only cash I told him I would go to my vehicle to get my debit card I would be back this men followed me and my husband and my baby to my car when I saw him I asked him why are you following he said give me my tip money I told him since he followed me and didn’t wait for me to return I have no obligation to give him no tip he got upset and started spitting at me while I was holding my baby in my face other 2 customers that where there they where harrast as well by his 2 girl employees obligating them to give them $15 tip they wouldn’t accept less unbelievable he’s a desgrace to Chinatown community

I went for the second time and the staff were great. I also took my mom and she enjoy it. We were both in the same room and it made us feel safe and relax. They take cash and credit card. But they charge more when using a credit card. Paying in cash is cheaper. Also there is a recommended tip of $10. Overall, I will plan to go again.

It’s a cash only business they wanted more money for using my credit card so I walked out places a little dirty and dingy anyway they give pretty good massages but if I would have known that I would have brought money and the prices gone up I would say perhaps used to be $25 for an hour of foot massage now it’s $40 an hour so the price is basically doubled since covid I will not be going back there.

JJ’s Amazing healer’s are truly qualified in ancient Chinese Reflexology. Either choose whole body -Combo-Stone or Foot reflexology. I have been coming here for years. I was born & raised in Southern California & have traveled extensively throughout Asia south Asia south east Asia middle east Africa, etc. Chinatown Los Angeles was always a regular weekend brunch of Dim Sum; plus Pokémon card shopping for my little ones, etc. so having enjoyed healing around the world including mainland China JJ’s massage is outstanding. NOTE: talk softly/whisper upon your arrival throughout your healing massage! Know that everybody Chinese therapist is highly trained in China before working in USA! Their team is 100% amazing; just tell them you would like either “STRONG” or “MEDIUM” or “GENTLE” (use these 3 English words) I will not tell you who my favorite Chinese Reflexologist healer is because they will adjust to what you want & need! If my top 2 reflexologist are not available (if I do a walk in without appointment) rest assured; whoever is available will change your life! I am so grateful due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic; in our country we shut down everything; but happily I can report certain businesses here in LA’s Chinatown have reopened! If you have had cervical thoracic lumbar surgery; have a photograph of a recent x-ray show it to your therapist and they will know just what to do and more importantly what not to do during your healing. Enjoy The magic of this ancient Chinese healing ART!!!! 🙂

Was a good combo massage but then the owner was so rude insisting to pay for tips. There was no sign to say this is compulsory which i suggested should be shown on a sign! When we first walked in and were discussing the prices he didn’t mention about tips at all. For that reason I will never go there again.
