My first time visiting here. Place needs a little upgrade but it was clean. They do temp checks, and spray alcohol on shoes and hands upon arrival. I should have done the comprehension test cause he did something I asked him NOT to do just because I assumed he understood English. You have to be on top of them. The lady nailtech patient with the designs. No complaints other than the language barrier.

I had a pedicure with Andy(male) and Cindy on my nails who I believe is the owner. She did an amazing job on my full set. My only complaint is I have sensitive skin and the callus remover and cuticle machine left my skin feeling raw but next time I will just mention to be easy in those moments. I left very happy and will be returning!

Pedicure is alright. French tips were terrible. And not only did I pay Money for terrible looking nails but also when I told her I was using my card to pay she tried to make me use an atm and told me I “HAD” to give a tip. People need to understand that tips are for a job well done. Take more pride in your work and then maybe people will offer you a tip without you having to ask. ( the picture looks nice because I took it from afar. But the nails had air bubbles in them. I had glue all underneath my nails.)

Worst experience. I don’t like gel because of the machine that’s my personal preference I have cancer in my family so I will avoid the ray from anything. They push you to get the gel manicure. And they rush, sometimes the polish is not to the ends. I understand they need the money but without costumers they wouldn’t have a business. Waxing, Manicure

My 1st time there. I had Cindy. She was way too pushy and very annoying. I showed her the regular polish I wanted for my acrylic manicure. She kept telling me I was getting gel. This happened 6 or 7 times throughout the process. She also refused to polish all the way to the cuticles even after I pointed it out. She also tried to get out of giving me the shape I requested. She badgered me. She was greedy. She was lazy and she did a terrible job.

Fantastic job on my nails! I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he sits at the second table when you walk in. Everyone that works there is pleasant and inviting. Great experience and will return for sure!

They charged my card tip twice when l already gave the nail techs individual tips already ..will not use a card there ever! I still use them because l like the nail tech that l use, If she left l would not go back..l do not like being stiffed!! I pay only in cash now!!
