Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had my first appointment at JJ Wright’s with Sara today.I can’t say enough good things about her and the salon.First of all- she understood my naturally curly hair, which is long and crazy, and that can be challenging in itself.I came in asking to get rid of the warmth/gold/orange tones, and change to more of a light brown with ash tones and and some blonde high lights. I had some photos to show her so she would understand what I was thinking. Sarah nailed it.I fully understand you can’t always get your desired look from showing a photo on Pinterest- but she did! At times I’ve walked away from salons and I end up too dark or it’s just not quite what I was thinking. She listed to what I was aiming for and she gave me suggestions, telling me what she thought… she was exactly right.I hope she posts my before and after photos because I can’t get over what an amazing job she did and how great my hair looks.I immediately set up another appointment.Thanks so much, Sara!!Also, I love the salon. It’s beautiful and Jessi, the owner is amazing. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI’ve been cutting my own hair since January- I’m not good at it. Despite COVID, finally reached out to a professional. I was immediately impressed with their pandemic protocol for safety. All workers masked up, hand sanitizer everywhere. Only one customer not masked (grr!) and she was being attended to far, far away from everyone else. Kirstin did a cut & color that I’m so pleased with I almost cried. I’ve been cutting my own hair since January- I’m not good at it. Despite COVID, finally reached out to a professional. I was immediately impressed with their pandemic protocol for safety.
