Love this place! Will definitely be my go-to nail salon on Oahu for the foreseeable future. Prices are fair ($25 for an express pedicure that comes with a scrub compared to the usually market price of $30+), good quality nail polish options, good service (they even offer water and tea), and clean facilities. I wore sneakers and they sent me out with temporary slippers. Make sure to tip generously!

They were very friendly and did a great job on our pedi’s. Most convenient if you work or live in town, but can park at Alii Place and walk over. It’s a short walk from the parking.

Helen did an amazing job on my powder dip! She was thorough, going as far as adding a fine glitter base under the gold glitter so that it wouldn’t be transparent. All of the staff is very personable, and I feel like $45 for my full set powder fill was well worth it for the quality.

This is the best I’ve ever seen my nails!! I can’t recommend JJ Union enough. Helen and Lena hooked me up! I can’t for the life of me recall the third woman that sat me down, talked warmly of her family and offered me tea, but I met her on the way out and she remembered my name. I’ll make it a goal next time to learn and remember it!

Now I have been to JJ Nails three times and have been thrilled every time. Vic is my regular nail tech there and I love him! My last nail salon review for Ellen’s needs to be edited. I ended up having a horrible experience with my fill in and pedicure. Since I spend over $100 a set, I don’t have any chill when it comes to giving me anything less than perfection. You do a bad job on my nails once, I will find a new salon. There are dozens in my area. So far, I’m not only satisfied with JJs, they exceed my expectations!
