Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was nervous to try a new nail salon but the Google reviews and photos were great so far so I figured why not?! I was not disappointed! I had an AMAZING experience, the staff is so kind and talented (Jane did my nails)!!! The salon was beautiful, they also have this perfect match system so every powder nail color has a corresponding gel and regular nail polish in the same color which is incredible! They are following COVID guidelines and are very sanitary. They do amazing work (I saw a girl get some beautiful acrylics done while I was there) and are very detail oriented. I was nervous to try a new nail salon but the Google reviews and photos were great so far so I figured why not?! I was not disappointed! I had an AMAZING experience, the staff is so kind and talented (Jane did my nails)!!! all i have to say is wow! i was looking for a new place. i googled best nail salons by me and, after reading the amazing reviews i thought why not? when i arrived i expected to wait but, i was taken right into the back for my eyebrow waxing. everyone was so welcoming and, nice. she spent so much time perfecting them it was really nice. i wanted a pretty complicated design and, i am so thrilled with how they came out. thanks so much

I’ve been coming here for a few months now to get acrylic sets and gel manicures and I love the service. The ladies really do their best to accommodate you. Be sure to book an appointment ahead of time because they do get busy. 🙂

I’ve been to J&J for several months. In the beginning, Jesse was decent. She takes a long time and the nails (dip) tended to be chubbier/not sleek but it was ok. Over the last two months, the service has progressively gotten worse. One appt, I had to wait over 45 minutes with acetone on my nails. Jesse made no apology. The places smells strongly of chemicals. The next appt was for a pedicure. I came with my niece. We arrived and every client was near the beginning of their process. No one said anything to us so we left. And Jesse, knowing I’m a good client, never followed up. Since then, I’ve tried to make an appt to no avail. Last week I called and her partner said she was on vacation and to call back next week. I never said I needed to go to Jesse but she rudely decided that for me and that I should call back the following Wednesday. Today, I called and she’s booked. She was very cavalier and didn’t even attempt to work work with with me. I’m not a new client. But I assume she had an issue with leaving the prior late pedicure. Rather than her be a professional, J&J, since, was taking long to pick up my calls and they are making themselves unavailable for an appt for me. Highly DO NOT recommend. The one time I got my nails done elsewhere when Jesse was not available, the manicurist said/thought I had acrylic on my nails. So, I also think they have put on acrylic on my nails without my knowledge. This may be why my nails always are chubby and not contoured. Overall, they are so as well. And all pedicures I got (three) the polish comes off within a few weeks. Very mediocre services and passively unprofessional.

Usually the technique that I had been doing on my nails was the Russian manicure, so I was a little nervous about my result, but J was very kind and in the end I liked my result in addition to the infallible massage that they give you in your hands at the end .

My daughter got extensions with a design. The design was spot on and we couldn’t be happier. It is a new small salon but the attention and quality was fabulous! We will be back!

I went to this place because I saw it had good reviews. The tech who took care of me was nice. The first two times I was satisfied. The last two times I had to wait longer than I wanted because they were not ready at the time of my appointment. I was told I could come back in an hour. No thanks. Overbooking turns me off.

Feels like your at a friends house getting your nails done ! I even got my very much picky sister to come here to get her nails done! She is OBSESSED!
