I guess I should have read the reviews first! My nails are literally horrible! This was my first time allowing them to do my nails. I had a pedicure before with no problem. I was afraid to let anyone do my nails because I had been elsewhere for so many years. I picked this place based on convenience, and it was a mistake. The pictures don’t even do it justice. I would have asked them to redo my nails but when I asked why the polish looked a certain way she said on it’s just the polish and claimed she didn’t see anything else wrong. Terrible experience as far as quality goes. Beyond frustrated and needless to say I won’t return for nail services here.

First of all, I was in the nail shop for 3 hours. I left with residue on my hands and feet. I chose to clean myself because I was ready to leave. I paid over $200, and my nails are already breaking after 1 week. I don’t do anything rough with my hands for my nails to be breaking like this. My nails were done sloppily. I went back to complain and get my nails fixed, but I was told to come back later. I asked to speak to a manager. They claimed one wasn’t there. Never in my life coming back to this salon, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else to go. Within a week, I lost a whole nail and 3 others are already lifting. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Came in Friday, July 1, 2022 @ 9 a.m. Gel polish for my nails. Next day, Saturday, July 2nd nail on right hand just started cracking & peeling. Wasn’t able to come back in shop because I had an early flight out of town. I took pictures and will visit once I return…. Gel manicures

Gabby was amazing I admitted to her that I was a little nervous stepping in since I’m from a different state but once I saw her face I knew my experience was going to be great and I was right she was so nice very understanding of my needs. I mean everybody was super nice I was laughing with them as if I’d been going there for years. When I come back down to Tennessee I’m definitely stopping by here again. Thank you guys for taking me in and making me feel welcomed

I’ve never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. I was there for 4 hours for a pedicure and full set with gel. My nails were not prepped properly prior to doing the full set, and three nails fell off with in the first two days. Also, I waited another hour to get my lashes done. I was told by the owner they do lashes. After the wait, she brings me back to the room. The lashes they do are the same ones you can buy on Amazon. She should have explained the lashes before I waited that long. I was literally there from open to almost close on a Sunday. I spent 150.00, and will never come back.
