She’s so creative and does things outside of the box to give me the most original nail designs. The attention to detail and her input have been so on point that I just go in and tell her to have fun because I trust her judgment. That’s not an easy level of trust to gain with me but she’s earned it.

Horrible experience! Tina did “nail art” on my young daughter. My daughter was in tears because they looked so bad. When I kindly asked another associate to fix them because my daughter did not want to hurt Tina’s feelings Tina came over and made a huge scene, raising her voice and saying my daughter did not know what she wanted. It was so embarrassing and uncomfortable. I have never been treated so terribly by a business professional. I told her I would not pay for the nails and she called the cops! Made my daughter go back in to have the nails taken off, which believe would have been done immediately anyway!!!

Greeted nicely upon entering, however the male that completed my pedicure didn’t to shape my nails as requested and didn’t scraped the skin from the feet which is part of the pedicure. He used a gel to scrub my feet to pretend that he scraped the dead skin. Overall all the nail spa is neat & organized but the prices are above average.

They only did 2 coats of dip powder and one gel polish top coat. Also, I got a pedicure by the older woman, she cut my big toe on both sides which made my toe bleed. Most of my nails broke 24 hours after getting them done. They do not do a base or top coat dip in clear powder. They only did 2 coats of dip powder and one gel polish top coat. Also, I got a pedicure by the older woman, she cut my big toe on both sides which made my toe bleed. I do not think their tools are clean and the whole atmosphere was shady. Will not return.
