Apparently the prices changed but they didn’t update the pricing on the board. I had been going there for quite sometime. I tried a new shop for a few months because they only have one nail tech that can actually do nails well. Also their hours didn’t correspond with my work schedule at the time so I had to go elsewhere. I returned to the shop a few weeks ago and though the prices appear to be the same on the board. For some reason I’m being charged so much more for the most simplest nails. As of today I will not be returning, I only got a full set and a clear polish on top and it was $50 for nothing, no design, no color basically just acrylic. I’ve previously gotten way more done at this salon and the pricing was reasonable. Something that I got today according to their pricing should be about $35 which is around what I’m used to paying as I typically keep my nails pretty simple. On top of that they charged me $80 before for a fill, clear coat & simple design, and basic pedicure. Roughly that would usually run me about $50-$60. So I’m unsure what extra they are charging for now but that should be made clear before service. Though the salon is nice unfortunately it is very inconvenient. They are extremely limited on colors so you can’t even get what you want or similar color wise. They only have one nail tech (CK) who can do nails well and I’m sure he is over worked. Especially because he’s had to correct the other nails techs work a few times with me so I can only imagine the same thing happens when other customers aren’t satisfied. The other nail techs have left my nails lumpy, paint chipping off, lifting within a couple days, and just not up to par. Previously I would go back because the prices were reasonable. On top of that very little wait time because they were never busy in the past but now they are much busier with no new nail techs so it’s no point. The wait time is longer, prices increased without an explanation, and mediocre nails. There are better nail salons with more nails techs and less of a wait time so I unfortunately will have to go elsewhere

I hate these places. I have never seen a nail salon that closes whenever the feel like it, despite the inconvenience of customers. Twice!!! I’ve came to this stupid nail salon from Buckhead only to find they wouldn’t take me or they were closed despite what was advertised. This is an inconvenience to the customers and it’s unprofessional. It’s not like they do great nails, their just the only nail salon that does the curve nails that I know of. They don’t even do great nails

Moved from NJ in 2016 and was not satisfied with the first 6 mail places I tried. After finding J&J nails in early 2017 I’ve not gone anywhere else. The price is right and the service is amazing !! Always love my nails

Love this place and is the only place I will go to around where I live. I always get SNS done here and they do a great job. I’ve taken chances and have done SNS at other salons, but they either leave them looking too bulky and they don’t last as long.

Been going here for a little bit of time the service I got to day wasn’t worth $50 for a refill and design the design is cricket and not what I want ask if she should go over one side with a red glitter was told it would not show up kept talking about her time when there was only one person waiting on eyebrows did not try to fix it or anything will never go to her again and to add my nails lift every time lessons learned I will not go back to her I work to hard for my money for the person that wait on me not to care about there work and service they are given

Decent job on sns but I told them not to put gel top coat. As I told them it chipped. I came back and tried to get it repaired. My son and I sat for 45 minutes. They put everyone ahead of me and did not have the decency to communicate. I won’t be back.

I have sensitve skin so I do not get my eyebrows waxed. Kim arched my eyebrows so good you would have thought I had them waxed. I’m definitely coming back.

I love this salon my nails looked perfect! They were everything I wanted and more from what I asked them for!! The only thing is the service could be better workers are nice!! The wait takes forever the first time I came was during the week in the afternoon early on a Friday. I was told that it would take 40-50 minutes and my acrylic nails took two hours.
