JJ did a personalised design for my sister and I and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Nail salon. She made perfectly sure that during and after the process we were 100% satisfied with my design. They’re absolutely gorgeous and she made sure it was done to her best ability. Everyone was friendly and over all it was a beautiful establishment. I even fell by accident after I washed my hands and I wasn’t even embarrassed because of how healthy the environment is (I’m clumsy.) This establishment is excellent! I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone! JJ did a personalised design for my sister and I and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Nail salon. I have been going to JJ Nails for well over a year and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is always very professional and takes their time. Jojo (the owner) is amazing and I always feel welcome and well taken care of. The salon is very clean and has a great selection of colors for Gel Polish and Powder. I highly recommend!

Critical: ProfessionalismI called days in advance to make sure my appointment was with JoJo. She greeted me when I entered and shuffled me off to some one who I thought was just to remove my old gel. Don’t get me wrong I believe in giving everyone o chance to learn. But my experience was not pleasant. Which made it even more disappointing to not have the person I requested to do my nails. I called days in advance to make sure my appointment was with JoJo. She greeted me when I entered and shuffled me off to some one who I thought was just to remove my old gel. Don’t get me wrong I believe in giving everyone o chance to learn. But my experience was not pleasant. Which made it even more disappointing to not have the person I requested to do my nails. Not sure I will be returning

The salon is owned by Trumbull husband and wife. All the staff are wonderful and Jojo (owner) always ensures all of her customers are happy before they leave! They have gone over and above taking precautions for sanitation due to COVID-19 and I always feel safe here!
