Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service from the moment I called! Booked an appointment and asked about pricing, the gentleman over the phone asked what I was getting to make sure to give me an accurate price! When I got there NT was my nail tech. Before we even started she made sure to ask in detail what I wanted, asked for a reference picture and again told me pricing to make sure there were no surprises. During the process she was so gentle, very detailed in her work, taking the time to make sure things looked good! She walked me through each step so I knew what was going on (which is great for someone with anxiety). NT is also an AMAZING conversationalist! She’s so sweet and just a pleasure to speak with. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them! SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB! This place will definitely get my money again and I will be requesting NT 🙂 great job babe!

I went here for the first time and everyone was amazing. The customer service is spot on. The gal who did my pedicure was very nice and did a great job. I asked for some color and she asked if she could design it, they turned out perfect. Definitely will be back and highly recommend this nail salon

Super nice people. Clean and cute salon. I moved to this side of town 2 years ago but was still going 25 minutes back to my old salon because I had been with them in and off for 16 years. When a friend recommended JJ Blossom I thought I’d give it a try because it was so much closer. I was very impressed. I’ll be back!

I found them on Google after calling three other places.I have to tell you this place of business was clean, smooth Jaz was playing they knew their customers by first name and the customer service from the time they made my appointment put me at ease. I was so relaxed I feel asleep. Took a screen shot of a photo from their website and my nails look exactly the same. Jennifer was very professional and explained the up keep and I definitely will be back !

RELAXATION RELAXATION RELAXATION! Best pedicure in YEARS! Anyone who knows me knows I’m a fanatic about where I do business especially when it comes to my nails I am very hard on them and very picky about the way they look and I’m neurotic about cleanliness. They get an A+ in all 3 categories. Everyone in the shop has done my nails, which are extremely long, so they are all capable and experienced. Have Kay do your spa pedicure if you Want to sleep like a baby.

The nail tech was so wonderful! She took her time and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The atmosphere is also steady-paced. You feel like you are getting the one on one attention you’re paying for and its a much more relaxing experience than some other nail salons. Very helpful with appointments and reasonable pricing. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been here many times. The acrylic nails are okay, they lift and peel off quicker than they should . The art here is not good at all unless it’s stickers, I would show up with designs and would end up doing whole colors instead . They will do nails quick to get as many customers in as possible . The last time I went I ended up doing my nails with someone other than who would do them every time and they came out horrible, I wanted to get them fixed but it had to be specifically with the same person instead of with the person that does them good. Was told that I had to pay extra to get them fixed with anyone else , but I wasn’t going to pay double so I waited to get the redone .
