I used to LOVE this place. They always did good and the girls where always super nice. WELL not this time. I take super good care of my brows and this time she REMOVED my arch, blended the insides awfull and just RUINED my brows. They where rude and awful this time. I WILL NOT be returning and I will be telling my friends about this.

Jiya, the owner, did my eyebrows for 5 years before I moved out of the city! She’s extremely quick, precise, professional, and her ability to shape my eyebrows was unmatched. My right eyebrow is slightly higher than my left, and she always found a way to make them look even! She would do my eyebrows and they’d look bomb for at least 3 MONTHS! I loved her work so much that I would call the salon in advance to see if she was there! She’s truly an artist when it comes to the brows and I always left her salon more confident than I was when I came in!

The workers are Indian, and they don’t speak great English. It is very hard to understand what they say. They did an okay job of doing my eyebrows. They didn’t get all of the hair even though that’s what I paid for. They are very cheap though, I would recommend going elsewhere.

I have never written a review, but this was just so bad. As soon as i walked in, there was no communication, i just sat down right after they did my friend’s eyebrows. They weren’t saying anything so i clarified that i didn’t want my brows to be too thin and just wanted a cleanup. they seemed to be annoyed and just nodded. they made them uneven and without a decent shape. They are unclear in their directions and get impatient when you do not understand what they are saying. They made one eyebrow shorter than the other and i just asked for their tweezers, tried to fix them, payed and left. I was very dissapointed

I wasn’t told ahead of time that she was still learning, and the salon still charged full price, even though my lip was literally bleeding while I was paying. I would not recommend this place at all.
