June 1 they did away with messages. Now prices are going up to $14. Also, they advertise closing at 1730 when they shut down at 1710-1715. I just got turned away. It may be time to find another barber unfortunately.

I went to Mr Ji when he worked on Ft Rucker in the late 80s, I went to Mr Ji when I was in flight school in the early 90s. I went to Mr Ji when back at Rucker for courses in the 2000s and 2010s. I still go to Mr Ji when I’m back home at Rucker. I am sad Mr Ji has passed, but his shop is still the best around.

Walked into Jis my first time there very friendly employees, lady asked me what I wanted done told her she went to work was done in 15 minutes done a great job , prices are very reasonable and they open at 7 am , and no appointment needed and it’s very close to my home , I will be using them again and they only take cash which is good for me

My husband had been using another local barbershop for years until the new owners essentially turned it into more of a beauty salon. He started going to Ji’s and loves the barbershop feel and the quality of service. He especially likes not having someone trying to upsell him for other products.

Quality haircuts by a quality staff. Mininal wait time and a haircut tailored to your style. Always a good experience here. The only downside is you need to plan ahead to bring cash…. so you may be delayed if you forget to.

I believe they always do a good job on the hair cutting side very good, but to me sometimes they will have things on the TV there that are not family viewing.
