My friend and I were at this salon a day before an important trip. We had to have professional looking nails and thought that this may be a trust-worthy salon. Little did we know that not only did our nails turn out horrible, and unlike any picture that we showed them, but it hasn’t even been a week and our nails are already chipping. Our nails weren’t even shaped well, the gel was chunky and peeling and it was definitely not worth the $40 they charged us. Any time we would point out a flaw in the design, we would get completely ignored or they would tell us “no”. The service was also very rude. There was a woman working on each of our nails but as soon as another customer walked in, my friend was completely ignored and the woman started working on the other lady’s pedicure. When we called back about our bad experience, we were hung up on both times. I highly don’t recommend this salon to anyone.

Me and a friend visited this location last week. When we were there, the workers gave us minimal time to select colors, and got quickly irritated when we were debating a color. Audibly saying “jeez” and complaining to each other. They were not busy at all, and we felt it was fair to take 5 minutes to pick a color for the manicure we would spend $45 on. We showed them an inspiration image, and rather than taking a look, they simply nodded their heads and moved on. They began working on our nails, might I add, they barely shaped them and did not even try to follow the inspiration image. During the middle of the manicure, the nail tech got up and began working on another customer. Once they began working on the design, we audibly mentioned that it looked nothing like the picture, and they repeated saying “no” constantly in a rude tone. At the end we asked if they could do anything to fix it and they had us get up and handed us our bill. Overall, this location was taking advantage of two teenagers, and were demeaning when we tried to fix it. We called trying to ask what we could do, but they quickly hung up. I would truly discourage you from visiting this location if you don’t want to waste your money.

Hello, my name is Rosa! A few days ago I drove by here and saw a interesting nail store called “Jin’s Nail Spa” which caused me to stop and try it since I have free time. When I was there, the workers were very welcoming and friendly to me. I asked them what kind of service they had and they gave me their menu to look at. They sure have a lot of options to pick from! Eventually, I picked to do a gel manicure and a massage for my feet. Overall, I would like to say that it made me feel extremely relaxed and want to come back for more!

Decided to come here to try it out. Bad decision. I have never had a terrible experience at a nail salon but today changed all of that. First of all, my nails are wonky, none of them look identical. She never asked me what length I wanted and rushed the entire time. My nails look awful and it’s hard to mess an almond shape up. Manicure

NOT IMPRESSED! The entire appointment felt rushed and they spent no time. My nail tech actually left and went and did somebody’s eyebrow waxing and left me. The quality of the work disappointing. They didn’t communicate effectively, ended up painting one of my friends nails the TOTAL WRONG COLOR. A total fail. Not worth it. The only one that would be happy would be a 5 year old girl.
