Critical: ProfessionalismWater was extremely hot and wax was placed on the bottom and also was very hot. I had gotten two pedicures for both my daughters ( 15/8) the lady congratulated me on being pregnant and I’m not! Seriously I’m a size 12!!! When it came to pay credit card machine had problems, I showed her my banking on line to prove charges was made and she kept arguing with me, as I had shown her and all the customers in there!!! Water was extremely hot and wax was placed on the bottom and also was very hot. I had gotten two pedicures for both my daughters ( 15/8) the lady congratulated me on being pregnant and I’m not! Seriously I’m a size 12!!! The customer service was great. The ladies were nice and helpful. I was able to get a manicure within 5 minutes in a Friday afternoon @ 4 pm.It’s not necessarily the amount of money I pay, but the type of service I received. I will definitely return for a follow up service. Thank you!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySurprisingly, the manicure was completely rushed despite the place being empty. Post manicure, I realize the lack of patrons may be justified.No care was taken during the manicure. I had multiple cuticles hacked off, and and experienced more bleeding from multiple surfaces on multiple nail beds than I have ever had during a manicure.Jinny was completely indifferent and seemed irritated that I dare ask for band aids. I understand that these things do happen, but I was taken aback that no apologies were offered whatsoever. I have uploaded photos showing that this wasn’t just a single nail accident/incident. I like to believe that after one bleeding accident that a manicurist would slow down and be careful not to do any more damage. I choose not to fathom the amount of apathy required to incur even more damage on the opposite hand after the first accident. Alas that is exactly what happened.Prior to posting this review I discussed with Jinny how I felt the job was rushed. I was told I was wrong and dismissed. Is it possible that this is a normal occurrence for all of her patrons?I take no joy in writing negative reviews. The standard pedicure comes with the paraffin wax which is usually extra at other places but the staff is not experienced so I wasn’t pleased. Jinny the owner is the only person who knows what shes doing.
