The price was nice for the massage but I stated 8 time not too hard on my lower back and even pointed to it and he continued to press hard. I had physical bruises on my lower back from it. They were very nice though.

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst time I went service was great I got the vip membership but the next time I went I had to wait over an hour. They did not give a shoulder massage before my foot massage like they did the first time. I they also did not lift my chair back up for me after the massage or offer to help me up.told the girl to start with my left foot as I am ticklish and instead she only massaged one foot. Spoke with the front desk and they said that the people doing the massage don’t speak English only she does. They refused to give me a refund or discount or even offer to give a quick massage on the other foot. They did not give a shoulder massage before my foot massage like they did the first time. I made a appointment Thursday morning for the following Monday morning at 9am. Showed up at 9am and waited till 9:15 because they never opened. Called, didn’t get a answer. They called back 3 minutes later and said they weren’t opening till 1 o’clock that day. I thought that is was so un professional of them to make a appointment and then not open and call there scheduled clients. Poor establishment and have completely lost my business.

Hope you like deep tissue massage, whether you want it or not! They don’t “check-in” during massage to see if everything is ok with pressure, etc. AND they touch your spine way too much. I was taught massage differently. No spine work. Talk to client to address their needs/wants/issues. None of that here. Get on table and let the torture begin! Nothing relaxing about it at all.
