The owner of this business Mike is very greedy. He makes up the prices for the nails randomly and tells you after he’s finished. Very unprofessional should have set prices like every other salon with add ons. I have been going there for a year. I normally paid $50 for a gel fill in. Last time he charged me $85 for my fill in when the only difference was that I added French with a silver line. So your going to charge me $35 extra???? He also makes fun of you if you are unable to get your nails done every 2 weeks. I go every three weeks if I’m lucky due to my busy schedule. Not a valid reason to raise your price if a loyal customer can’t get nails done every 2 weeks. Very unprofessional I do not recommend. He also brought a girl to tears the last time I was there. Very rude. The picture speaks fo itself $85? I’ll save my time and money to go somewhere more professional thanks.

Jason did an amazing job with my UV gel nails that were lifting from a different salon. Even though the salon is a 40 min drive, it is worth it.

Been coming here a few times. Mike the owner has been doing my nails. This was the last time I am coming back. He was so rude to me and grunted when I didn’t put my nails in the UV light when telling me to switch. I showed him a picture and he insisted I didn’t do that design because it wouldn’t make my hands look slim. He charged me a different price this time as well 20$ more for the same exact thing I get everytime. He also raised his voice at me in front of his entire salon. And it’s also extremely dirty in there and he is not sanitary.

I have been coming to this salon for over 8 years now. I sometimes go 4 weeks without returning and my nails are always solid. I do a lot of typing, cleaning, and my hands are in the water a lot. I love the products they use. Michael stands behind his work, he takes pride in doing a great job and using the best products. He does a lot of research on trends and knows his business. All of his employees are talented, not just with nails but waxing and massage as well. Check them out.. you won’t be disappointed. It’s best to call before going or make an appointment.

Have been going here for two years and loved their work but over time, the owner proved to be super greedy, money hungry, unprofessional and just plain rude. All of a sudden he had a problem with me up-keeping my own nails in between appointments (which I have been doing ever since I started going there anyway). Simply because I don’t have time to be there every two weeks. It’s important to note that me doing this doesn’t add to his workload or the amount of product he has to use on my nails during appointments. All of a sudden he decides to tell me, during one of my random visits, that from now on he will be charging me $65 instead of the usual $45 for the permanent French gel filli-ins. Completely dumbfounded, I inquired why that is, to which he replied that it’s because I upkeep my own nails. Despite my attempts to reason with him, he remained adamant and I was left with no choice but to leave the place and never come back. He wanted to charge me extra money simply because he didn’t think i was coming in often enough. I was appalled. Still am in fact. I left my number in case he came to his senses and decided to call and take it all back but I guess he still thinks he is in the right. Oh well. This left me no choice but to leave a corresponding review. Sometimes good work is not the only thing that matters. Customer service and good business etiquette is just as important. Rude and greedy never works well for anyone. Keep doing this and keep losing clients, sir. Your salon is one out of hundreds available to us.

I had a nice first time experience. I always stay loyal to the places that I like. My previous place went out of bossiness and I couldn’t find the woman whom I always went to. I took a shot in the dark and chose this place bc of its location. The place is super clean and tidy. After each use of the pedicure tubs they would scrub and clean, big plus!!! I will definitely be returning and looking forward to this being my permanent nail place. Thank you.
