I was just informed today by another salon that this salon scammed me. I asked to recieve japanese hair straightening on mildy wavy hair (no where near curly or unmanageable) and my hair didnt straighten even after recieving the treatment two seperate times and following the aftercare instructions perfectly. The only difference it made was that it was less frizzy and more soft, but didn’t straighten it. I wasn’t mad because I thought maybe it’s just my hairs fault not the hair dressers fault.
