My salon lady seemed more concerned about new customers coming in, than the ones in front of her. She rushed my mani pedi and left color on my skin. In addition, she left jagged edges on my nails that later caught on something and it ripped and I had to file it. I asked for scrapping and she said they ran out of the razors. So she charged me and another customer an additional 6 dollars for a callus treatment. but it was her fault she wasn’t prepared during June busy season. Usually, a store would give you a service for the same price thats better than what you had. It seemed that because the customers were coming in, she didn’t want to waste time on scrapping our feet, so she made us pay for the more expensive treatment to both save time and earn herself extra money. Thats not customer service, that’s manipulation and selfishness and not putting the customers first. If you messed around and didn’t keep up with inventory, don’t penalize your customers for your negligence. We should have gotten that treatment free because it was their fault! You can’t rush your customers out the door to accommodate others, or you’ll lose the ones you have. One bird in your hand is more than 2 in a bush. Take care of all your customers, Jin nails, or you’ll lose them all!!! My nails are already chipping and my feet look like I could have done them myself. It was rushed!! its Saturday and I got my nails done this past Thursday!! To top it all off, my service lady was grabbing my fingers and pulling them like I did something wrong to her! That was a bit rough. I use to come to this salon a lot, but now I don’t think I will return because I didn’t like that treatment, the rush job or the service I received. I’d tell management to treat people right, don’t man handle folks and if you don’t have what they ask for, the courteous thing for the customer is to offer a similar or better service for the SAME price. After all, its Your responsibility to have items available for your customers! We shouldn’t have to pay extra for your lack of obligation and commitment to Your business!! Offer a rain check, free service or something else. That’s what respectful businesses do. Please Don’t play games to make more money because we can see through the manipulation!! Remember, without your customers, you have NO Business!! Please Do Better!!!

Went here for a gel manicure. It’s a small dingy outdated salon. The lady’s are all very serious lookin, not friendly at all. My nails were, Ehh just ok. I could have done a better job. I wouldn’t recommend it or go back. Gave it 2 stars because I didnt wait long.

Depending on who does your manicure and pedicure the service is alright. It’s obvious that they talk about you while they do your mani and pedi, they don’t even try to hide it. I only still go here because it’s convenient. Once I find a better place I’ll honestly take my business somewhere else, not the friendliest people and not really the best mani and pedi.

I lived in Hillside years ago and would go to this nail salon faithfully. I was around the area and decided to go for an SNS manicure and pedicure. They got the job done but they are extremely rude and nasty. I felt like I was bothering them instead of coming in for service. Never again
