So I got my nails done 1/28/22, the tech @ chair 11 was rude and rushed my acrylic nails into about 45 minutes. I pointed out things I didn’t like and the tech to the right of him chimed in telling me I need to wait for the finished result which was still thin when I asked for thicker acrylic but all in all I was happy! Today is 1/31/22 not even a full 3 days later picture 1 is what my nails looked like and had more corned chips I pointed out. When I went to get them fixed the tech snatched my hand to look at them and don’t even fix the 3 I asked them to fix! He couldn’t find the color on my original nail so I asked him if he wanted help several times and he completely ignored me and stormed off with an attitude! He then tried to say I did something to my nails to make them a different color because he couldn’t find it! He didn’t file the color all the way off and handled me so roughly to the point I started crying! The 3rd picture is of the fixed job! My nails look completely different, the coats are uneven and bulky, has lint in them and they are even more thin than when he first started! I went back and told them that I was unsatisfied and all they did was offer ANOTHER polish change! As if my nails weren’t thin and filed down enough! I will NEVER recommend this place nor will I go back!

All I’m going to say is that tan @ #2 snapped on my nails , he was patient , listened & was gentle & Hanna showed out on my feet. I enjoyed spending my birthday getting pampered with them today. I now have a permanent nail tech & pedi tech now. Period. That’s it that’s all lol ‼️‼️ ‼️ Happy birthday to me. Traveling 50 minutes was worth it. Thanks guys

I love Ana she does amazing nails only downside is the cost of service varies if you toggle between techs. Each design is 30plus. They are pretty quick and precise and don’t give pushback on special requests. Thanks Jimmy Nails for keeping my nails beautiful

Girl in the first chair on the left side flat out lied and said she couldn’t make my nails shorter. I come here all the time and the lady who did my last set had the exact same length and shape I asked for. It gave me the impression that I wasn’t spending enough money so she didn’t want to do my set. They’re able to marble, 3D designs and put foil and decals on any length you ask for but the moment I ask for a simple short design they can’t accommodate. How strange.
