Very poor customer service. He is arrogant, and does not care if you have to wait for him to come to work. He lost at least two customers while I was waiting for him to show up. He was 45 minutes late. When I told him he lost customers, he said “I don’t care” . I will not be coming back.

I don’t get the negative reviews of Jimmy’s. They make it sound like he did them wrong somehow because they usually go to another barber and that is ridiculous. Jimmy has been in business a very long time and you dont last as long as he has in a very small town by treating people as the 2 negative reviews stated that he did. I have been going to Jimmy’s for over 10 years and I have never gotten a bad haircut there. Jimmy is quite the character lots of banter and joking around and to me that is part of the charm of going here. There’s not another true barbershop I know of in the area. Maybe those two negative reviewer’s should have waited for their hair dresser and salon to reopen to get a haircut instead of going to a men’s barbershop.
