Awful. I’ve gotten a full body wax before and this lady was very nice but I ended up with a lot of ingrown hairs and bumps. And she did a horrible job and missed a lot A LOT hairs which I didn’t realize until later. Every other time before Ive only had A COUPLE bumps not an entire surface full. I think it was due to her letting the wax dry too long before removal.

Do not go here! Prices are not too bad but don’t cheat yourself! The women there talk over your face while waxing/threading your face. They DO NOT sanitize their hands and they half way do eyebrows & the other services!! They do not brush your eyebrow hair before or after, they don’t use scissors- just straight to the thread! You may GET LUCKY and get a nice job but don’t expect your left eyebrow to match your right eyebrow!. and they are VERY AGGRESSIVE and rough when working on your face! Wax drips everywhere, they don’t offer any tissue to wipe the hair out of your eyes, you have to ask them to wipe with alcohol after. I will not be going back here and I have been going here for years (& tipping EVERY TIME)only because it’s convenient but last Friday was my last day doing business with this place. LADIES & GENTLEMEN save yourself the headache

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst the price was 18.00 then jumped to 20.00 now it’s 25.00 for threading and eyebrow tinted. The job is tacky. Also I was there yesterday and she put tint on my eyebrows then asked me to get up and sit in the waiting area with the liquid on my eyebrows. There was a white woman who they gave my chair to and another white woman was still sitting in the other service chair since I got there. Please do not go here….they did a horrible job as you can see. I just wanted a clean up and tint. I asked for a refund and the young lady just wanted to try and fix it only making it worst.

1st time getting Brows Threaded at this location. I explained to The Young lady before I sat down that I had been growing my brows out for 6 months and that I didn’t want them thin just a clean up. She still made them very thin. I don’t even think she heard anything I said because she was on the phone the entire time.
