When I walked in I was greeted very warmly & nicely. It was a quiet & the ambiance was relaxing. I felt prioritized & it was a nice environment. Jilian was friendly, she was warm welcoming & it wasn’t awkward at all. We had great conversations & I’m no time my wax was done. She took her time & she pays great attention to detail. She gives you privacy to take your undergarment off & asks if you are ready so she can enter the room. Even though it was my first time, I felt so relaxed & so calm. She gives great service & I will definitely be going back to her for my waxes. If you have never tried waxing & is scared she makes you super comfortable & relaxed, she plays music & it is a whole vibe. This experience will change your perspective on waxing. Don’t walk; RUN to check her out!!!
