I made an appointment here about two weeks out. The week of the appointment my grandmother died and I had to return home to attend her funeral. I called to cancel my appointment with 48+ hours notice and let the woman who answered know it was due to my grandmother passing. She scoffed at me and hung up. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and so I called back to see if I could reschedule. No one answered so I left a message. No return call. If the service is anything like this horrifying phone convo, I would not recommend going here so disappointing that people can be so rude.

Stephanie is awesome. She did a wonderful job. When I got there though, she was in the back, when I walked in no one in the front said a word. Gave me a weird feeling. Especially since one girl was just lookin at her phone. I am all about customer service and warm greetings.

Haven’t had mu hair professionaly done in 6 years. was scared to get it cut by anyone really. all the ladies were very welcoming and kind to me and my 5 yr old. And Linda did amazing on my hair . Took around 6 or 7 inches off and even took in consideration of my curls. Very pleased with the end result and will definitely be going back.
