I’ve never been asked to pay prior to the massage. No regard for privacy, woman kept open the door, moving in and out of the room while I was disrobing. Freezing, no blanket. Sheet to cover me was the size of a baby sheet. While massaging my back, removed the sheet completely, exposing all. She climbed on the table straddling my head to massage my upper back. Mostly a dry massage, only used oil on my back for maybe 10 minutes. No lotion or oil on arms or legs. Kept forcing my legs apart while totally exposed. Not sure why I didn’t get up and leave. Will never be back. $80 for a one hour massage should be the ultimate spa experience, not an uncomfortable, terrible one. I’ve NEVER skipped at tip for bad service, but considering I paid cash up front, I wasn’t planning on it. She actually demanded a tip, escorted me to the back door where she stood and watched me go to my car to get my purse. Worst massage of my life. I get a massage every month at home, so I’m no stranger to the spa experience. I’ve never been asked to pay prior to the massage.
