Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy husband and I went to get a couples massage on Valentine’s Day. We called ahead of time and booked a time and asked about price. The lady on the phone said $50 each and cash only. So we stopped at the bank and pulled out $120 in cash for tips as well. We got to the spot and they made us wait 20 minutes till they had a room ready for us. Once they started they continued to talk and laugh and joke to each other during the massage. One of the ladies brought her cell phone to the room and left it on loud. The phone rang FIVE times during my massage and she picked up the phone and scheduled other clients FIVE times during our massage. One of the calls was to her dad! They were having a full out conversation as I am face down on the table! Talk about relaxing; Definitely not a relaxing experience by any means! Then at the end the lady says no it’s $60 a person. But we only had $120 cash because we had anticipated the $50 per person because of the Valentine’s Day special she mentioned. THEN the LADY PHYSICALLY PUSHED MY HUSBAND OUT OF THE STORE AND SAID NEVER COME BACK. I know how hard people work for their tips and I do not blame them for getting upset when someone doesn’t tip. I think it’s utterly rude. But we just misheard on the phone and wanted to correct the situation but she didn’t even give us a moment to explain. What a massage by Coco.. a true therapeutic experience.. I box 3 times a week and my body was extremely sore. Coco is very knowledgeable and knew which sore points to service. She is great to talk with too and speaks very fluent english. I would definitely recommend her massage over a chiropractic session.. she is a doctor of muscle pain relief and gave the best experience. I have become a regular customer at this spa now 🙂

I decided to go for a 60 minute massage but did it for 20 minutes only. Nancy greeted me and I guess she was the only person there. I would not go to this place again a) the rooms have no walls/door , they are separated by a curtain, no privacy b) no extra sheets that you can slide down before massage,just a mini towel c) the light didn’t dim down at all and their was this odour that was not relaxing at all d) the therapist’s focus was on money:minute relationship that’s all e) they tried to charge me $2+ extra for credit card transaction w/o any legit reason.

You know what they say about Cheetahs? They can’t change their spots. I’d like to think I’m an open minded guy, that’s why I tried to give this place a chance when my daughter’s babysitter said this place was bad. Out of the kindness of my heart, I gave them a chance. Boy was Cindy (the babysitter) right. From now on I only go through her regarding my spa necessities. But on the real this place was not the move. They are not 4PF.
