I want to keep this place a secret but I also only want success for them so… just had my first nirvana massage experience at Jia. I had 30 minute body massage/30 minute foot reflexology and OMG it was really outstanding. I’ve been getting deep tissue & therapeutic massage work done for easily 15 years and Jia really exceeded my expectations. Maggie did a great job working out all of the tension and tightness throughout my back and neck and then the foot massage felt so good; I feel like my feet, ankles and calves always hurt, or are sore and tight, and when I left there today it felt like I was walking on a cloud. If you’re considering Jia, do it. The experience and value for the services cannot be matched.

I love this place so much. I’ve been a few times and have never had anything bad or weird happen. Both Yoyo and Maggie are amazing masseuses; both are super kind, professional, and STRONG. These ladies do not play when you ask for a deep tissue massage. It’s incredible, so bring extra cash; you’re going to want to express your gratitude XD If you have a hard time getting a great sports massage, you’ll understand what a gem this place is.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They do not know what reflexology is nor are they trained to do a massage. They only knew how to rub back and forth constantly. I thought I was going to have abrasions from it. I wanted a foot reflexology massage and he spent maybe 15 minutes “rubbing back and forth”.

Normally I have a 5 star experience. However, the new masseuses suck. For whatever reason they switched out a team of good masseuse. There is no formal/standard massage anymore. You might get hot stone. You might not. You might get oil. Maybe not. Hour full body massage might be 10 minutes lower 50 minutes upper or visa versa. This is my 2nd visit since the switch out. I’ve been hoping they get it together. It’s a convenient, peaceful spa BUT I’m getting more & more frustrated every time I come back.
