Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was not satisficed at all with my nails. Three of my acrylic nails broke off in two days after getting them done and I went back and they “fixed them”. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI use to go to this nail salon all the time when I was younger and they were great. But now they just rush through your nails which causes them to start chipping really early. I got my toes done two days ago and the paint on my nails are already chipping and they are gel. My acrylic nails started coming off the next day and I went back to get them fixed and they were upset. I use to go to this nail salon all the time when I was younger and they were great. But now they just rush through your nails which causes them to start chipping really early. I got my toes done two days ago and the paint on my nails are already chipping and they are gel. My acrylic nails started coming off the next day and I went back to get them fixed and they were upset. My acrylic nails came off by just fixing my pillow trying to get comfortable in bed.

I moved to Springfield earlier this year and have been looking for a new nail salon instead of going to my old salon, which is 30 minutes away. The ladies at the salon were nice, but the gel manicure and pedicure I got were subpar. I have long, natural nails (no acrylic), and I had to go back the morning after my appointment to get a fingernail fixed since the side of one nail cracked. They had no problem accommodating me, but fast forward three hours, and that same nail cracked again + two others, leaving me no choice but to cut every single nail off. On top of that, my pedi chipped a few days later. Needless to say, I’m going to continue taking the 30 minute trip to my old salon because I’ve never had one issue with them. I took my special needs friend here and they were so good with her. It was opened on Sunday and was a very clean environment. The manicurist who took care of her, did just that. She was warm, kind and she was patient. The work she did was also great. We will be back.

disappointed is all i can say. The lady rushed through the acrylic process, didn’t acknowledge that the side of my nail was bleeding and put polish remover all over it. Rushed putting the stuff on my nails so that it was lopsided and now not even 1 week later 2 nails fell off.

The nail tech’s are not knowledgeable on sanitary procedures as well as proper nail care. My natural nails were ruined in just 1 week including two broken nails and dirt getting inside of every nail from improper sealing of the gel. Very displeased that I paid 55$ for poor quality work. Wouldn’t recommend.
