despite our 30 minute wait, the barbers at jhows are great and do great work on their clients but the shop is not the best environment. i took my little brother there for a haircut and there were guys smoking, the barbers and clients. the place has no lights, just led ring lights pointed to their barber chairs. the music was uncomfortably loud and over all the shop was a mess.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy 14 year old son had a haircut done at your local chain salon yesterday. The hair stylist messed up his line on the right side, he has a man bun and has it shaved to a 2” on the sides, so bad that after her second attempt to fix it I went Karen on her ( ) and pulled him out of the chair. I immediately got home and contacted my sister for advice. She has boys who get lined up all of the time. She advised me to take him to JHows Barbershop. I went online and made an appointment for the next day with Gavin. This was the best decision I made. Gavin was absolutely a master at his craft. My sons hair looks amazing. My son even said, “I got a boost of confidence after that cut.” I am so thankful to Gavin for his professionalism and expertise. Thanks to Gavin my son can now start his freshman year of high school without the fear of being made fun of. My 14 year old son had a haircut done at your local chain salon yesterday. The hair stylist messed up his line on the right side, he has a man bun and has it shaved to a 2” on the sides, so bad that after her second attempt to fix it I went Karen on her ( ) and pulled him out of the chair. He ended up waiting an hour with no communication about the wait. But my biggest issue is the fact that customers are not wearing masks. Brought my nephew to get his hair cut. I waited in the car for him. He tells me that there is a 30 minute wait. No problem. He ended up waiting an hour with no communication about the wait.
