Critical: QualityWas so disappointed. Went in a few weeks ago for a manicure and pedicure. Manicure was for acrylic fill and gel polish both services were good. Loved the lemon pedicure. Went back in this past Friday afternoon and the man that did my fill and gel polish did an awful job. I was so disappointed. I told him not to shorten the thumbs as they were shorter then the rest. He did shorten one of my thumbs thank goodness I caught him in time. He did the fill but he left pink polish under the new French Manicure. You can see the pink and he ruined my acrylic nails. He left all kinds of deep crevasses near the cuticle. Maybe so I would have to come back faster. Either way the manicure looks terrible. He created all kinds of lines in the acrylic and he totally changed the shape of the way my nails looked. They look terrible. The lady at Walmart did a better job then this guy. So sad I am new to area and was hoping to find a decent mani and pedi spa to make my regular place. Cannot depend on this place because the manicures are inconsistent. Was so disappointed. Went in a few weeks ago for a manicure and pedicure. Manicure was for acrylic fill and gel polish both services were good. Loved the lemon pedicure. I left that time with the same result and told the owner. She said she would do them the next time. There will be no next time. I’m done with them. I have went here several times but not anymore. I had an acrylic fill done. First the nail tech tried to get me to put a new set on. I told her I didn’t want to at this time and she preceded to pry off a nail. Don’t her and the owner I didn’t want that at this time so she left it alone but tried to explain to me I should.
