I want to thank Neda, for the excellent care I received at my appointment. I know that I am in competent care every time I walk through that door. They always take a genuine interest in you, and they are very kind, considerate, and informative, while making you feel at home and like you are family. While always providing excellent professional care. They are thorough in their treatment, they did an excellent job, and explained everything during my procedures. They go above and beyond to meet their client’s needs. Doing everything possible so that your are not merely satisfied, but extremely pleased and happy with their service. Staff have positive attitudes and the ability to communicate clearly. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door.

I recently visited for a facial and I was *very* impressed! Neda was great- very professional and knowledgeable. The experience was so relaxing! The heated table was a plus! Everything was perfect! Neda is very unprofessional, argumentative and combative. She did not know how to answer basic, direct questions. I received subpar services during my visit and it was quite unfortunate. She should do better. I would not recommend this place and I will never return. Beware.

My daughter and I went here a few weeks ago to have a girls day. We had our eye lashes w/tint done which neither of us have had before so we were really excited. We went and checked in and the receptionist was really nice and friendly. We were handed approx 7 pages of paperwork that was requesting A LOT of medical information even more then I would fill out at the day of a surgery or actual doctors appt. So I had to complete 7 pages for both my daughter and I which was so stressful because it was requesting so much detailed information. (I do appreciate the thoroughness to keep everyone safe). The appt are an hour long for each person, so I sat in lobby waiting an hour then when it was my turn my daughter had to wait in the lobby for an hour as well so we didn’t get to do it to “together/at the same time” but they must have only had one technician.

Jeunesse Palace Medi Spa is very Excellent customer service. Also is very well organized I LOVE this place. Always has the best deals works with my schedule and most important of all Neda always recommends the best treatments for my skin. Explains very well what the treatments are see GREAT results every time I go for my treatments. I recommended her too all my friends and family. Its VERY knowledgeable and professional and my skin felt great after. The spa is very clean and sanitized.

I am a member at The Center Club in Gurnee and this Medical Spa recently opened inside our building. I had to check it out for myself and the women there were so welcoming. The owner took me into her room for a free consultation. She checked my skin with her magnifying lamp and thoroughly explained what service would be best for me. I could tell she was very experienced and truthful. I had a chemical peel done and I absolutely loved it! I ended up stopping by a few days later and bought a package of them. I highly recommend this Medical Spa.
