The stylists are all so sweet and I love how it’s a small space, so it really feels like a little family. I’ve been seeing Liz for over 6 years and she’s an incredible stylist! Not only does she continue her education regularly, she teaches and hosts classes at the salon so that herself and other stylists can continue to grow and improve! I love Jet! The salon is gorgeous and so clean and welcoming. The stylists are all so sweet and I love how it’s a small space, so it really feels like a little family. I’ve been seeing Liz for over 6 years and she’s an incredible stylist! Not only does she continue her education regularly, she teaches and hosts classes at the salon so that herself and other stylists can continue to grow and improve! Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis was one of the worst experiences I’ve had getting my hair done. I wanted a balayage and got a half developed full highlight. The top of my hair is dark and it came out an orange brass color. The hair stylist told me after washing it’d be a “sandy blonde” not what I wanted. After leaving I contacted her so we could fix it and she never got back to me until I reached out to the owner. She assured me she could fix it by putting dark over it, when I told her that’s not what I wanted she continuously said she’s just going to add a root. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had getting my hair done. I wanted a balayage and got a half developed full highlight. The top of my hair is dark and it came out an orange brass color. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityTaylor does a great job with blonding, however the way she schedules is extremely unprofessional. I’ve booked with her 3 different times and each time she has asked me to reschedule. I had my last appointment confirmed with her for over a week and she cancelled on me 3 hours before my appointment because she double booked herself. Extremely unfair to those that have very limited availability like myself. If a client happens to cancel last minute, they will be charged for a service but if a stylist cancels last minute because of double booking is ridiculous.
