I would not recommend this place at all. My daughter went to get a certain hair color and not only did they do a horrible job they charged her $100 for it. I call politely to get to some kind of resolution and the lady who answered literally told me to not put a price on their work. I would never put a price on someone’s work if it was work. This was a botched job and the least they could have done was give half of a refund . Then she tries to tell me how to parent. So No I would stay clear from this place . Over priced and horrible customer service!

A family member recommended this place and just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. The only person at this place worth 2 cents is Kenia. She did a great job with my hair. However, the owner or whoever the second chair woman is who works there is, decided to charge me by looking at me from head to toe and arbitrarily assigning whatever price she felt that day. I have been to my fair share of salons and never ever get charged more than 40 dollars for a wash and set, until I came here. I had to call the person that recommended this place to make sure I hadn’t gone to the wrong location and indeed I had not. Literally, did not use any special products and just got a normal wash and rollers done. Will never be back.

A friend recommended this place to have my eyebrows cleaned with a stylist named Comadrita my appointment was for 5pm , and I arrived on time. The receptionist advised her that her 5pm appointment for brow cleaning arrived , she first asked the receptionist to see if another person could do them but I overheard the person say no because it was her appointment , the receptionist went back to Comadrita and shared what the other stylist said , her response was that I would have to wait for her to finish blow drying someones hair, unfortunately that was not within my time availability to make it on time to my dinner party , which is why I made an appointment for 5pm and arrived on time. They were very dismissive and didn’t really care about me as a customer I know it was just eyebrows but customer service the way you treat patrons and punctuality is everything . I am in the area often and wanted to find a place I can use regularly but it definitely wont be this place .

I originally booked my appointment with one specific person but that person told me they book me with her by mistake so someone else ended up taking care of me. I went to get highlights but they ended up bleaching my hair, my beautiful blonde hair is now Yellow. I paid 400 dollars but a service that was the worst I’ve experience. They had me there for 8 hours, they almost burned my scalp and my hair now will need lots of treatments. Overall very dissatisfied with this place.The owner was on vacation and did nothing to resolve the issue. Actually her attitude was not very nice.
