Critical: QualitySo I want to start off by saying the lady who did my hair was very nice and I almost feel terrible writing this review. I called the day prior to get my hair bleached/ thick highlights and a cut. When I got there I showed a photo of exactly what I wanted and was told I could get close to the photo, no problem. The process took maybe two hours which I found odd because I know my hair takes at least 4 to do. Anyways long story short I was given 90’s highlights with no toner so I had orange and blonde spots. I paid $95 + tip for something I was so unhappy about. I even told her I was unhappy. I ended up going to another salon and spending $400 to redo what she did to my hair. I also had to get another haircut because she didn’t cut my hair correctly at all. Anyways just save your money and go elsewhere if you want a good dye job and haircut. Went a Saturday around 12:30 and place was not pack, ladies were happy, place was clean and bright. Had a wash and set and my hair trim. They work fast and been my first time coming to the place it felt like I’ve been there before, friendly and nice. I recommend this place, they worked great with my curly hair since I had it straightened.

I had a wash, haircut and blowout. The lady cut my hair too short. And I told her to just cut a little bit of layers and now I look like one of those 80s rockstars. Plus she blowout my hair with very high heat. I told her to lower the heat. But she kept doing it with high heat. She could see me flinching. And the heat burned my scalp. I had to put my head under cold water when I get back home. Yet, my scalp keeps hurting the whole day.
